People don’t come to EAT AMBIENCE. Welcome too good. Place looks good when EMPTY. Not spacious as the tables are placed too near, and it becomes too Noisy at its peak hours. Our experience was too bad we had reserved a table for 10 ppl in the last corner below the AC and SPEAKERS( our bad luck ) We ordered Lemon Coriander Soup and Cheezy Brocolli soup. Both were extremely bad . They replaced twice still it was Hot lemon water with tooooooo muccch lemon . We had to cancel it. And the soup came after main course served. burnt garlic rice came with starters.
Their serving Bowls are very big and the quantity is very less compared to the price and even quantity weight is not mentioned in the Menu.
The food was not tasty or extra ordinary . Plus with so many people to serve they were not moving at all. No spoon or fork or salt or pepper. Even water we had to ask 5 times. And it was a week day. When told about the cooling was very less the answer was you sitting under it so you will not get cooling was the blunt answer given and the speaker above us was too loud when told about that same answer we cannot do anything bear with it.

Overall bad choice to celebrate a bday there . Nor food quality nor quantity nor peace of mind to eat.

The ambience and aesthetics of the place were top-notch, giving off a very cozy and photogenic vibe. The interiors were beautifully designed, and the seating space was ample, with only two tables occupied at the time.
Now, coming to the food—we ordered Peach Iced Tea, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Marinara & Cream Cheese Fusion Sauce Pasta. The cheesecake was delicious, and the pasta was pretty good too. However, the Peach Iced Tea was a bit off—it had way too much lemon, which overpowered the peach flavor.
While my overall experience could have been great, the staff behavior completely ruined it. Throughout our time there, the manager and waiters kept watching us. They frequently approached our table for different reasons, even though we were just trying to enjoy our food. It felt intrusive and honestly irritating. Even when they weren’t directly at our table, they were keeping an eye on us from a distance, making us feel uncomfortable. On top of that, the manager was quite rude, which was really disappointing.
I’m not sure if this is how they treat every customer or if it was just us, but regardless, it made the experience far less enjoyable. A place with such a great vibe and good food deserves better customer service. If the staff learns to give customers space and be more welcoming, this cafe could be a fantastic spot.
