Sugar n Spice — Restaurant in Gujarat

We had an extremely disappointing dining experience at this restaurant. First, the staff forced us to change tables three times, which was frustrating. Despite this, the service was absolutely pathetic. No one bothered to give us menus or serve food promptly.

After finishing our first course, the table wasn’t cleaned, plates weren’t replaced, and no one came to take further orders. Even after complaining twice, the staff remained uncooperative and inattentive.

The food quality was equally poor—paneer was rubbery and tasteless, the soup was overly salty, and overall, the taste was subpar. The seating arrangement made it feel like we were sitting in a “pangat” (communal dining), which was very uncomfortable.

I would not recommend this...

We had spent a lot of time to decide where to go out to eat. We decided from previous reviews, pics and the brand of Sugar n Spice that this where we should go.

On reaching there we gave our orders. We were given our plates, rather plates were thrown about like frisbees. The waiters were completely disinterested in doing their job. We had to remind them of our orders. They served food by literally pouring it in our plates as if we are eating in a langar. Food was all over the plates and dripping from bowls. The table was not cleared and cleaned and we had to request them time and again to take away empty glasses and plates. Their overall attitude was bad. The food was ok but the service affected our moods...

I pay 9.7k, but the food tastes yeak.I want to spit, and pizza is just a thin-layer bread, no topping, no cheese, nothing else, chef ko ramen kya hai wo pata hi nahi aur hamko Maggie me chicken aur egg ke pieces add karke serve kiya 40 RS MRP on Sprite and the restaurant charges 135RS, seriously, people are fools? and our government also didn't take any action against this kind of stupid restaurant. i never ever go this kind of restaurant where food quality is 0, staff behaviour is 0. Please guys save spend your valuable money for some other place, but don't choose...
