I recently visited Burger King and decided to try their 99 Meals option. I have to say, it was a delightful experience! The meal was not only affordable but also incredibly tasty. The flavors were well-balanced, and the portion size was just right for a quick, satisfying bite. Whether you're looking for something quick and yummy on the go or a budget-friendly option, the 99 Meals at Burger King is definitely worth a try. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

I recently visited Burger King and my experience was quite poor. From the moment I walked in, I noticed that their cold drink machine was consistently not ready, forcing them to push their shakes instead of offering soft drinks. This was disappointing as I had specifically wanted a refreshing soda with my meal. The order placing and pickup process was also subpar. The screen that was supposed to display my order status was not functioning properly, leaving me clueless about when my order would be ready. It added unnecessary confusion and made the whole experience frustrating. Furthermore, the preparation time for just a burger was unusually long. I had to wait an excessive amount of time, which was inconvenient and made me question the efficiency of their kitchen staff. Overall, I left Burger King feeling unsatisfied and disappointed. The issues with the cold drink machine, order status display, and slow preparation time hindered my dining experience. I hope the management takes note of these shortcomings and improves their service for future customers.

Taste: good Place: Always crowded because their staff is not able to pay attention properly Offline Orders: staff is too busy that customers standing and waiting in queue to order will be ignored. Online Orders: In case of burgers, 50% chances are there that you will receive the exact order which you ordered. 50% chances to receive wrong order. To raise complain, only two options are there. 1. Via feedback - where chatbot will only ask you to upload pictures and add comments. 2. Email - where only God knows when your complain will be read (even not sure whether it will get resolved or not)

I only go here because its the only BK in town 😒 There's always a long queue at the ordering counter, there are 2 counter but only pne guy is trained. There's a huge time delay between your order is prepared and they actually call you to pick it up. So you'll always get cold patty which i hate. The food is I'd say a little above average but the quantity is less. Staff is untrained so if you ask a question they keep passing it on to another staff. But some burgers taste is better than McD so, you don't really have a choice.

Use less app, bcoz BK don't have rider at Rajkot Crystal mall store, offers are misleading, offers are valid for "Delivery" order only, if you choose an option takeaway or dine-in offer gets removed. While choosing delivery option you will get popup like "we are facing high demand of delivery, please after sometime." When visit the store, 90% seats are vacant. Staff confirmed that they don't have rider. At 42 degree temperature if rider is not available then no meaning of this application..

My favourite place to have burger. Superb place for burger lovers like me 🙂.. Good place and fast service.. Only problem is they should clean the area below the tables more often ,most of the time it was found dirty.. which makes it feel uncomfortable to sit in the inside corner.. Please do maintain that hygiene below the tables as well.also surprisingly the same employees are taking orders making orders and cleaning the tables too.
