I recently visited the Burger King Nikol branch and had a mixed experience. The food quality was impressive, earning 4 stars from me. I ordered the Veg Whopper Jr. Medium meal with extra cheese, Peri Peri fries (M), and a large Coca-Cola. The meal was delicious, with the patty cooked to perfection. However, I'd rate the food quality 3.5 stars out of 5, as there's always room for improvement.
Unfortunately, my experience with the management was less impressive, warranting only 3 stars. Here's what happened:
I placed my order through the self-service screen, but the staff didn't inform me that I couldn't use my card for payment due to a technical issue. After completing the payment, I was told by the manager that I needed to make another cash payment because of a "technical error" or "payment gateway issue." I was assured that the initial payment would be refunded to my account within 3-4 working days.
I was disappointed that the staff didn't communicate this issue clearly, and I had to escalate the matter to the manager. Although I didn't have to pay extra, the experience left a sour taste.
The staff behavior was average, earning 3 stars out of 5. While they were polite, they seemed uninformed about the payment issue.
To improve, I suggest that the Burger King Nikol branch:
Train staff to communicate technical issues clearly to customers. Display clear signage about payment methods and any technical issues. Ensure seamless payment processing to avoid inconvenience to customers.

Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent order I placed at your establishment. On August 25, 2023, I ordered a Veg Burger from the Burger King outlet, and unfortunately, I received a Non-Veg burger instead of Veg Burger.
Regrettably, I was engaged in a conversation with my wife about some important exam matters at the time I received the order, and I didn't immediately realise that this is a Non Veg Burger. It was only after I took a bite that I felt the burger was non-vegetarian. As someone who strictly adheres to a vegetarian diet, this situation has caused me significant distress.
To add to my concerns, I am currently doing a Fast for Shravan Mas. And I never consuming non-vegetarian food in my whole life. This mistake on your part not only disrupted my meal but also jeopardized my Shravan Mas fast, which holds great spiritual significance for me.
I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and take appropriate steps to rectify the situation especially when dietary and religious considerations are involved.
And, I’m going to raise this complaint to AMC(Ahmedabad Municipality Corporation) and also to Food Health Department Of Ahmedabad. I must escalate this issue to Police too. Because you did “ धर्म-भ्रष्ट” of mine.
