Staff behaviour is very poor I’m visit today’s around 10:40pm and face office staff behaviour with me was reduclious never expected all management of the brand is very very cheap also staff and all the atmosphere. First of all I want to say in your outlet have good atmosphere and good hospitality. You all knows guest are god even guest were not came there they will be nothing. I never expected this type of quality of this outlet I don’t think you are leading a brand I thought is was road side hocker. I’m also from this industry I know very well how to treat the guest and how to manage. And also told to the front office staff I’m also from a this industry so don’t teach me like this but he never listen ignore and ignore at all I told to the take away menu but he said see the wall and go away we have nothing to show the menu I’m very disappointed. I will never ever come again all I will also share with my all friends circle and native place. So when is there like a behaviour of your staff it will close very soon. I request to the KFC team please teach or this outlet staff...

KFC Nikol worst service. Not good atmosphere water spillage once I visited and when I visit second time Air conditioning was not working. When I visite third time i.e. today 8-Oct-23 one customer was shouting on manager due to wrong order delivered inspite of confirmation by customer although he was handed over wrong items as far as my concern there was no smoky chicken they told me machine is not working on the other hand I ordered double cheese chicken burger and there was only maionies there was no cheese even single slice I was very disappointed as i have visited with my family I was very exited when KFC opened in Nikol as i m the big fan but I think it will close soon due to untrained staff and weak management.

Hope KFC seniors will take care of it and will improve the quality and facility...
