Pizza Hut | Char Rasta, Ahmedabad — Restaurant in Gujarat

I had a terrible experience at the restaurant. The service was poor, and there were delays with everything, including food and drinks. I ordered pizza and waited for around 45 minutes, only to have it brought to my table without any cold drinks. After reminding the staff three times, they finally provided the drinks, but only after I had finished two pizzas. Additionally, the drinks were served without ice, which was very disappointing.

When the staff finally served the pizza, it came without a peel, so I had to transfer the hot pizza to my plate with my hands. They promised to bring a peel but never returned. I repeatedly(four times) asked for cold drinks while eating, but despite requesting four times, they never arrived. I even got up from the table four times to ask for them, and the staff just told me, "If you ask, we will give it to you." I replied, "I have already asked four times. How many times do I need to request this from the table?"

I ultimately left my dinner at Pizza Hut due to the poor service and subpar food. The toppings on the pizza, such as capsicum and corn, were not fresh.

Staff behavior is not good. Yesterday dt. 5-6-23 time 22:47:58 I (1person) order medium size tandoori pizza and redeem my 500 voucher they serve me 1 pizza and 1 coke only after i saw the adv on kiosk on billing counter i asked the person who wear red apron why you serve me 2 items only. that guy said me you said the offer of pizza when you order her to many offer running, so i talk him about kiosk offer for any med size pizza. after i completed the dinner i asked the bill. they didn't find the bill at last my bill find from the floor. i saw the bill and shock. bill as per below On the bill 2 Pepsi 1 Cheezy sprinkled fries 1 garlic bread Stix 1 tandoori paneer and 1 med pan (as per bill) when i ask about this they said me if you eat here then we provide remaining item. what the behavior? they serve me 1 coke, fries without cheesy sprinkled, garlic bread Stix (without cheese or filling inside), and they didn't serve me 1 med pan when i asked about this they said me it was 1 med tandoori panner in the bill qty 1 + 1 mention so i rate Nikol outlet -10 i have eat ashram road and science city outlet there staff is very good they explain all the guide the best offer which is suitable...
