Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Gujarat

We have been visiting this cafe regularly for client meetings as well as informal meetings. But one day when we ordered a regular coffee and requested them to make it strong, the manager impolitely told us that we will have to pay extra. One being asked the reason, he told us that the extra coffee beans that will be used to make the coffee stronger will cost them more. The fact remains we have been visiting the cafe for more than 6 months and never before were we told about this in the past with the same order. And on further inquery he said that they have been following this for last 2 months(an evident lie). Usually we don't use the app but that day we decided to try it and it seems that he clearly wanted to fetch more money because we were going off with discounts this time through the app. A very non-cooperative manager and he surely didn't care that we walked off. Even the service was never at par before. This dishonesty led to loss of us loyal customer and many potential fellows with us this time. We have ample options ! Kindly take...

They serve pathetic water down burnt coffee. The staff is arrogant, bigoted and unprofessional also they over charge your debit card and never refund it. Pretty postive that the manager and staff steal from the corporate. They literally bully and harass their everyday customers none their employees nor managers know how to behave with paying customers who bring businesss to them on the regular. Their kitchen safety and hygeine standards is a joke. They don't even mop and sweep the floor for weeks. I am absolutely done with CCD and it's profane ways of conducting business. Rather spend my money at Starbucks or support some small business coffee place at least they know how to behave with customers and I urge others to do the same cause I guarantee you will feel scammed each time you visit...

It was pathetic experience & extremely poor service. Looking after festival of eid, I went with family for refreshement but there is no token system & no sequence of order is properly maintained and I was regular customer of cafe coffee day but it genuinely spoiled our family mood and will never ever visit again and if its sunday you should maintain staff arrangement properly as you charged decent amount of money and pls those who is controlling AC, should have sense that, in extreme hot summer, temp should be maintain properly. Family came for refreshment & not for disturbed themselves by paying hefty amount for late service beverages and please it is coffee day and not smoking zone so have separate space for...
