Cafe Alaska — Restaurant in Gujarat

We arranged a birthday party of my son there with a cricket match of his friends. The service during the party was too slow. The owner had no idea how to manage a group of 40 people.

The charges were not worth the food and experience at all. They arranged a buffet for 7 years old kids, when we specifically told them to serve the kids at their table. My family members had to serve the kids at their table, how can someone not understand that a 7 year old can't walk with his plate and serve himself.

And the worst thing, 3 of my guests ordered tea and coffee during the party. He forgot to charge it in his final bill and i myself had no idea that someone had ordered it.

He called me after i left and asked me to pay for the tea and coffee. I requested him to treat it as a discount. I paid 20000 for the food and charges for tea and coffee was 270. I should not even have to ask for a discount.

He got extremely rude with me for that and asked me to pay for it. Not only that, he served water in large 11 1 litre bottles because of some reason. We had decided that small bottles of water were part of the package. Because large bottles were not, he charged for that too. Now why do I care whether water comes in small bottles or large ones.

The management does not understand hospitality. I would not recommend this...

Eat, Play, Repeat

A new Open Air Cafe that comes live after sunset. This place has alot of fruit trees in their compound, comfortable outdoor seating, multiple play areas. You can visit with your gang chill out, indulge in any sport amd order food post your session!

In food -

1. Alaska Special Coffee - The in house cold coffee which had a tinch of Caramel, loved it.
2. Rosemary Cooler - A refreshing soda based drink perfect to go with heavy food.
3. Mushroom Spaghetti - Spaghetti cooked in a rich Mushroom gravy sauce this was quite creamy and had a strong Umami flavour.
4. Mexican Cottage Cheese Salad with Nachos - Paneer Sautéed in Butter & Herbs, tossed in a salad sauce with fresh cut veggies and loaded with Nachos.
5. Falafel Hummus Wrap - Wheat based Wrap filled with crispy Falafel and Hummus. This was a really good Mediterranean Wrap.

The open air seating is a plus for the cafe space you can organize parties as well for large groups as they have a wide...

We visited this place for birthday celebration..

There were 3 birthday celebration booking on same day..but management could not handle even one..

No sign board or guidance for guests where to go..

Electricity went off 2-3 times during the event in this hot summer but there were no people to manage..

Many small childrens were there and were hungry..but food service started very late and was too slow..

Many times, few items finished from serving table ,for which host had to instruct staff but they were least bothered..

At the end there were no people to serve the desert.. Only one person came to serve once but after that he was missing too..

No dress for staff , so no one could finish whom to connect..

Gross mismanagement...
