Shakti Sandwich — Restaurant in Gujarat

I would have to give at least one star to write review otherwise I would rate in negative rating. Ordered total 3 sandwiches, 1. "Ahmedabadi Touch Sandwich" 2. "Cheese Garlic Sandwich" 3. "Boss sandwich" on 21st March 2021 at 08:07 PM through ZOMATO. While having "Ahmedabadi Touch Sandwich" we found the dead insect in squeezed condition, which is totally unacceptable. We tried to contact outlet but no one was answering the call. We contacted ZOMATO helpline for the same and they tried to call outlet however they told the same thing that no one is responding the call. For better clarity of the case here I have attached the pictures for the same. You can see that insect is in squeezed condition.

Edition: Zomato Refunded for the "Ahmedabadi Touch Sandwich" within a week, however still didn't hear any communication from outlet side to justify or to take corrective actions. Thanks Zomato for your genuine...

If you are a sandwich lover then for sure this will drive you crazy so here is the detailed review of the food items I had in Shakti sandwich . . Shakti sandwich is the oldest sandwich shop which was started from city area, and now they have a chain of more number of Shakti sandwich in different different area in Ahmedabad . . I have tried : Schezwan sandwich Black burger So talking about the items I had schezwan sandwich is the best sandwich I ever had, it is spicy and delicious which you would be love and about the black burger it was not upto the mark it was not spicy not too sweet it was just okay (can be avoidable) . . They also serve many other things which are worth trying, they have self service system and they keep care the hygiene . . Almost all the chains have small space and little seating area . . So...

It's great experience and food was good, specially Mexican moyo sandwiche and schezwan sandwiche. We also order margarita pizza but its was okay okay.

We got free cold coffee by offer but the coffe was not much good and was half fild.

If you want to cold drink like coka cola or something you can get is there and water too.

The parking space was good you can park you 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler without any problem.

You can set outside also plenty of space next to the shops so you can chit-chat with your loved once.
