Extremely disappointing experience at Cafe Amistoso. The staff was not only rude but also completely unprofessional. We were abruptly told not to click any pictures, claiming it's part of their “policy” — yet there was no signage, no prior information, nothing mentioned anywhere in the café or online. It felt completely arbitrary and unwelcoming.

Instead of handling it politely, the staff chose to speak in an extremely condescending and harsh manner. For a place in the hospitality industry, their attitude was shockingly cold and disrespectful. Customer care seems to be non-existent here.

To top it off, the food was strictly average at best — bland taste, nothing special, and definitely not worth the price. The ambiance might look good in pictures (ironically), but the overall experience makes it a place I would never recommend or return to.

If you value respectful service, transparency, and a decent meal — avoid this place. There are far better cafés out there that actually value...

The first impression before visiting was great and the reviews of others seems quite well. But never visit if u are expecting good food today on 1st I have the worst experience with this cafe food was below average even my sister who is just 12 years of age make better pasta so I order Alfredo pasta my all time favourite but it taste worst, even the Knor pasta , tastes better . The Vietnamese coffee taste too watery and taste just like normal cold coffee and it taste even worse , so there is a difference between Vietnamese coffee and cold coffee right ??
