Cafe Creamoholic Motera — Restaurant in Gujarat

Wandering through the area late at night and this place caught our eyes. Entered suspiciously whether we'd get the coffee as per our taste or not. 🤔 The atmosphere was really appreciating with comfortable seats. It's 2 storeys cafe with some decent space. Ordered one of the most favorite cappuccino, cold coffee, oreo thick shake and masala fries 🍟 😋. Coffee was seriously divine wine(अमृत) i would say...😬 Oreo thick shake can't be described, it can be felt by sipping only. Cooooool...as if you're sipping some snow covered mountain. 😜 The masala fries were amazingly crispy having perfect amount of spices. Loved everything they served. Cons: The service was too slow...coffee was brought from Ghana 🇬🇭 i think...🤪 took ages to arrive. Waiters made us waiting...

"Unfortunately, my experience at Creamoholic was ruined by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. Despite the cozy atmosphere and decent coffee, the constant eye-rolling, sighs, and dismissive attitude from the barista made me feel unwelcome and disrespected.

When I politely asked for a refill on my drink, I was met with a huff and a long wait. The manager seemed uninterested in addressing the issue when I brought it to their attention.

For a place that's supposed to be a relaxing and friendly spot, the behavior of the staff fell far short. Until they work on their customer service skills, I wouldn't recommend Creamoholic to anyone."
