I came here to renew my old memories with pinachips ice cream. But unfortunately I couldn't get it instead they served me pinapple flavoured icecream this time. And the price was 58 rupees for a cup. And I didn't get the bill also. So I was shocked. But somehow I managed to finish it and left. Now as part of GST most of the Indian retail outlets are not providing the customers a bill and they just say an excuse that if you want bill then further GST will be added. Modi was totally against the GST when Congress was in power and when he came to power he implemented it on an urgent basis. Similarly in Gujarat most of the retail outlets are not providing any bill to the customers. Previously we can struggle with them. But now they say 18 % or 20% will be extra. So the customer will afraid of the extra cost and manage to accept the goods or service without a Bill in Gujarat. Another thing in big outlets the staffs may mock over the customers in the name of GST and they just mock over the customers just like 30 rupees cup ice cream they yield any thing as they wish and send the customer without bill. The food being served, is delicious, and with sincerity. For the taste of food, and the presentation, they deserve a full on 5 star rating. But once, I asked them if I could order something (other than my pre-ordered main course) after sometime (being unsure about the quantity of the main course), and they said "Yes, sir" and when I did order, they replied "the kitchen is about to close down, sir, so we can't help you". That item was something I like to eat and they broke their commitment. The cost, in general, is a little bit more, than expected, also, is more than the quantity they serve for most of the items. Another point is, the desert items in the restaurant, aur MUCH MORE costlier than the same product being purchased from their eatery, literally JUST next to the restaurant entrance gate. And over that, they add tax for that as well. All the desert items provided in the restaurant are present in the eatery menu as well and more over, many extra items are also available out there. So buying desert from the eatery outside, just after the dinner, is a better option. And hence, they deserve an overall 4...
