A Mixed Bag: Good Ambience, But Food and Service Need Work

Visited this place recently and walked away with mixed feelings. The interior and decor are definitely the highlight—clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The ambiance creates a welcoming vibe, making it a nice spot to sit and relax for a while.

However, when it comes to the food and drinks, everything felt just... average. I tried the hazelnut coffee, oreo shake, and farali bhel—all of which sounded great on the menu but didn't really deliver on flavor. Nothing was particularly bad, but nothing stood out either. On the brighter side, the elaichi chai was genuinely good—well-balanced and comforting.

One aspect that really took away from the experience was the self-ordering system with advance payment. It felt impersonal and inconvenient, especially when you're expecting some level of service. It gave the whole visit more of a cafeteria feel rather than a cozy café or restaurant vibe.

Overall, it’s an aesthetically pleasing place with potential, but the food and service model could definitely use some attention. Wouldn't mind stopping by again if I’m nearby, but it’s not something I’d go out...

Food and atmosphere is good but it’s not the right thing to do that you only allow customers sit to until they keep ordering food. Once you finish your food staff keeps asking constantly do you want to order something else. If you say no once then they clearly say please go out and as other customers are coming. There were 5 empty tables and they are still not allowing us to sit & talk only.. This is not the way to treat customers. If you have extra space then let customers sit. If you don’t have extra space and other customers are coming then I can understand you want to do business and it’s for your best. But don’t thow your customers out if you have extra space to greet other customers. And we ordered food & drinks it’s not like we are coming for free and not...

They only respect you till you continues giving order. Just visited this outlet around 10:15 AM, ordered upma and Indian masala TEA then order came after 10-15 mins (it doesn't bother me, I believe fresh food needs time), Completed my food and just sat for another 20-30 minutes because I'm waiting for someone but all of the sudden staff approaching me to place another order like they indirectly telling me for not sitting unnecessary in our cafe( they're asking me sir do you want to order something, back to back 2 staff came with same questions). Even they don't give attention for AC complaint , AC was with continuously running water( due to less maintenance)
