Best Cafe in Navsari. Good service and management. I really loved this place. Ambience was really good. The interior was attractive and clean. They had got variety of seatings too! Had margarita pizza, nachos, panini sandwich and coolers. Coolers could have been better but overall good experience.The taste was bland, the ambience (entrance to the seating hall) seemed uninviting and unkempt. Also we found the service to be extremely-extremely slow contrary to the otherwise opinions on Google maps, inspite of there being no crowd on a Sunday Night.

One of the items that we Ordered was Sizzling Hot Brownie with Icecream, but it was served in such a way that 3/4th of the chocolate sauce was spilt on the table and when we brought up this issue to the waiter, he said "Aapko Aur Sauce Chahiye?". My wife was stunned with this sort of hostile hospitality. (Although later the waiter replaced the dish, when we asked him to do so). Also, technologically it's primitive because when I asked for Scan barcode for UPI payment through phone, the waiter said "we don't have scan code but let me provide you UPI phone number" 😂

The only good thing about this place is that the rates of the food are not way too high on your pocket.

I appreciate that the owner (as it said in the article along with the menu) is working hard to manage this cafe which is her passion, but may be she needs to re-strategize things to reach out to newer audience like us that can fetch this café a repeat value. As of now, Won't much recommend this place (especially as we drove 60 kms to this place for a date...

What a wonderful experience here at Cafe Klatsch in Navsari. I happened to visit here for lunch today after reference from one of my family friend who lives in Navsari.

We ordered 3 things and each item was delicious. Baked potato and corn dish (White sauce), a sandwich with pizza taste (unable to recollect the name) and Cafe Klatsch special Quessilada (highly recommended)

Many thank you to Dev Bhai (who works there). A very friendly person and kind. He deserves a special mention. He understands the need of customers and serves accordingly. Not many do that :)

If anyone happens to visit the Cafe after reading this review then do give regards to Dev bhai from my side (Vatsal from Valsad) I'm sure he will remember me and assure you he will help you as well.

Also, their Cheese Cake is recommended. I couldn't try it but make sure if you are a Dessert lover then you shouldn't miss it.
