Dominos Pizza | Lunsikui Road, Navsari — Restaurant in Gujarat

I just visited this location in Navsari and it was not a good experience and the staff there was really rude. I placed the order with Rydham at the counter around 10:40pm but since their system was not working they took my order and generated the bill later on. While I was giving the order I was not informed that at their closing time the Air Conditioner will stop. While we were waiting for our order the AC stop working. When we asked the staff to turn on the AC they said since its central AC and it’s shut down at 11 pm. We requested the manager Pratham solanki again since it’s really hot, but they refused our request and we had to eat in hot without any fan or AC. The staff were not really helpful.

The whole staff was very rude. When I had 6-7 pieces left in the big 6 in1 pizza i asked the staff for smaller box but they refused to give smaller box and said give it to us we will pack it for you. I gave them the box and then one of them came back saying “ sorry 1 piece fell down but I have packed the rest”. When I opened the box only 3 pieces were left inside. When I asked for the rest the boy at the counter said they fell and when I again asked saying since there is only 3 pieces left in this big box can you give me a smaller box, he again refused. My overall experience at this location was very bad and I would not recommend this...

This establishment is desperately in need of a face lift. For such a large company it needs a better atmosphere, apart from this the food was very nice. The main reason why I bothered to write this review was because of the young lad Mr Patel at front of house/till. His service was exceptional. He was on his own and managing many customers, packing orders and also cleaning tables and with so much pressure he was still providing great service. This very young man is a diamond in the rough and he should not be expected to clean tables along with the other service that he is providing. Please get him some help and give him a promotion. I am a genuine reviewer from UK.

P.s get some better decor, make it look more presentable. There are other food outlets across the road like food Mohalla that look a lot more cleaner and professional and not even being an international brand like dominos. Also get some toilet cleaners. And don’t expect front of house to do it for you. Don’t exploit your staff, us more conscious humans from across the globe notice this. You are charging good money for these pizzas, so invest in staff. The more you spend on others, the more will be...

I wish there was a zero star option here. They have reasons to not provide a service. Haven’t even tried to give the service. I placed the order on their own website and they declined understandably saying they will come until Dandi main road and not 500 metres inside for the delivery. Then I placed the order on Zomato where they charged for the delivery as well. If they could come until Dandi main road, 500 metres should not be a problem on Ghelakhdi road.

Also, they did mention the issue with the railway line crossing time for which I gave them the benefit of doubt.

Clearly, you were upset with the first order hence you didn’t wish to provide the service at all.

I have loved domino’s in mumbai pune and Bangalore. It’s a shame to have this service in Navsari, even though I gave them the benefit of doubt.
