CAKEWALK - The Cake Shop — Restaurant in Gujarat

Kids wanted to eat some desserts and saw cake walk in Acropolis. They assumed it a bakery cum cafe wherein you could find lots of cake varieties. First of all it doesn’t stand by it name Cake Walk. There were hardly any pastries to eat. It was more like a restaurant. On kids demand ordered chocolate cupcake, cheese cake and brownie. Cupcake is supposed to be soft but it was very dry and could not be poked easily with spoon, so was the cheese cake. Cheese cake is supposed to be very soft like as if cutting through soft butter but it was hard like frozen. The taste was seriously horrible. My parents ordered tea too along with the order on which they responded plz take ur seat we will get tea which even I heard. We waited for 20 mins trying to finish our desserts but then they hand me a bill of 580/- which is ridiculous to the portion size and the items ordered. When asked about tea they said u never told or ordered it. Rather the staff was staring n laughing at us which really ridiculed me. Worst experience, not even worth a star. Order a single cupcake with expectations as the name of the restaurant suggests bakery, paid 95rs and got below average food. The food is not fresh at all and ESPECIALLY THE CAKES!! They are giving OLD ALMOST EXPIRED (Outsourced) cakes to us and not able to compensate for it. The cake tastes absolutely terrible and old. Nothing is fresh here. Shop name has cake in it but no cakes are fresh. Plus rude manager. Don't waste your money here and go to subway nearby. Even subway cookies are far better...
