Read moreHad a good experience first time at this place. Had just ordered two items and they were quite good. The chicken 65 is great. However, I took 8 ppl for a birthday dinner because of my first experience and it turned out to backfire completely. Firstly, Ramsingh from the staff was an over enthusiast. Felt good at first but he just wouldn’t leave and decide on our own and kept poking to order something and then he also pitched for non veg platter and succeed and getting the order for it as well. The platter was horrible! It literally felt like the plate was kept since days and they just heated and gave it to us. It wasn’t looking fresh and definitely not tasting like that either. Maybe he suggested the platter because of the same reason, I don’t know. Everything was sounding very off that day. It shouldn’t have been like this.
We ordered Singapuri Noodles and usme sirf Achaar ki strong smell aa rahi thi. Taste equally bad and we returned the bowls coz we ordered two right away. They were charging us for that as well saying that feedback has been taken and that’s max what we can do. We will take care of it next time. It felt like it’s a regular thing to happen and there was no actual severity of this at all. Must be something that it made me post a review on this. I am sure they can provide some really good food and hospitality as well. I hope they do if it really...

Swiggy & Zomato mentioned that it’s a gourmet restaurant, the food was Ok but the Service, pathetic! Main course was on our table but still no one was there the change the plates after starters. After quite a wait plates were changed but there was no serving spoons, when asked for it, staff was confused and ran to the kitchen, thus we started serving ourselves with table spoon after a long wait. Then the store manager came up to us in the rudest manner and asked if we need anything else( or kuch chaiye!) making us feel that we our at a wrong place. Finally the bill came, and only the bill came, without any mouthfreshner and all, it was not offered even after asking for tooth picks. While leaving I asked the store manager if he was open for feedback, he said yes, but when I told him that service was not at par with the restaurant, ambiance and food, he kind off raised his voice and said Ok leave!!! We felt unwelcomed while being there and felt disgusted...
