Disappointing Bhakhri Experience at Chai Wai

I hope this message reaches you in good health. First and foremost, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the efforts you put into running your establishment. However, I feel compelled to share my honest feedback regarding my recent visit to your restaurant.

Several months ago, I had the opportunity to try your bhakhri, and unfortunately, my recent experience has not been any better. I had hoped for an improvement, but the quality of the bhakhri remains a significant concern.

Upon trying the bhakhri, I found it to be excessively greasy, making it incredibly difficult to chew. It felt as if my teeth were not equipped to handle its toughness. I believe a food should be enjoyable to eat, but in this case, it felt like a daunting task.

I understand that crafting exceptional dishes can be challenging, and every establishment faces its share of obstacles. Thus, I sincerely implore you to pay attention to the quality of your bhakhri. If there's room for improvement, I genuinely believe it would significantly enhance the overall dining experience.

As someone who values culinary experiences, I am willing to give establishments a second chance. If you could enhance the quality of your bhakhri, I would be more than willing to return and show my appreciation by paying threefold for the improved experience.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Very Shabby and Unmaintained place They probably don't have business and funds to run the place, they will turn off AC and then when you say after sometime they will say Remote is not there. Owner took it. I was shocked. Literally so poor they are I saw in menu Fresh Fruit Shakes. When I ordered they said they don't have fresh fruit section available. We have to order from flavourei ones only. So un hygenic place you will feel it is. Staff is also so much shabby and in professional.

All in all a place which would never want to go....

Chai Wai near Shivranjini offers a nice ambiance and good-quality tea. However, I found the pricing a bit on the higher side. I ordered Handvo and Tea, and while the taste was good, the quantity of Handvo felt quite less considering the price.

Suggestion...

Since the place caters to a middle-segment audience, it would be great if they could increase the portion size to match the pricing. This small change would enhance the overall customer experience and value for money.
