Worst shop to buy from during the festive season. Their management is pathetic and completely unorganized. There are no proper arrangements to handle the long queues, and the staff is rude — all they seem to care about is taking your money first.

They have only one person issuing tokens/paper on plain paper with a pen — no uniform, no system. That person keeps walking around, and customers literally have to chase him like he’s some VIP. Then there’s a billing queue where they make sure to take your payment first — after that, their job is done. Inside, there’s a massive crowd, and the staff is utterly untrained. Packaging happens out of sight, and random token numbers are called for delivery.

When asked about delays, their staff gives vague and careless responses. They don’t even show basic respect toward elders or women. Ordering mixed sweets in one box takes over an hour, and due to the crowd, you can’t even check your package properly. Once you reach home, you might find 'hair' in the sweets or receive completely different items from what you ordered.
