We recently hosted a family function at this venue, and overall, it was a great experience with a few ups and downs.

🍲 Good Food: The food was delicious! A wide variety of tasty dishes that everyone enjoyed. Thumbs up for the chef!

🎉 Spacious Banquet Hall: The banquet hall is large enough for 150-250 people, making it a perfect spot for any event. It was clean and well-maintained.

🏨 Restaurant and Banquet Facility: Both the restaurant and banquet facilities are top-notch. The staff is super helpful and cooperative. The place is suitable for all kinds of functions. We had a blast at our event!

🚗 Parking Woes: The main downside is the parking situation. The underground parking at Hotel Rivera is not ideal. Dealing with the parking security and manager can be a headache. Some guests had to park at the busport and take an auto-rickshaw to the venue. It's a bit inconvenient.

🚽 Unclean Washrooms: Another issue we faced was the cleanliness of the washrooms. They were not up to the mark, and improvement is needed in this area.

Despite the parking and washroom challenges, the overall experience was positive. Kudos to the entire team for making our event...

Had a really nice experience at Chetna Restaurant. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared — every dish had great flavor and presentation. The service was quick and courteous; staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and has a pleasant ambiance — perfect for family dining. The only drawback is that it’s a bit costly compared to portion size, but the overall quality and service make it worth a try.

I came to visit Rajkot n just randomly followed the rating of this restaurant but would now personally rate the restaurant as excellent. If u want subtle food n authentic Gujarati Thali than u must visit this place n enjoy the food with the perfect hospitality of staff.
