Domino's Pizza | Athwa, Surat — Restaurant in Gujarat

Dear Domino’s Customer Support,

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed. I ordered a large pizza and two garlic breads, but unfortunately, the quality was far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Domino’s.

The pizza crust tasted more like plain bread and seemed undercooked. The same issue was present with the garlic bread, which also lacked the usual flavor and texture. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of toppings near the edges of the pizza, making the overall experience quite unsatisfactory.

I have been a regular customer and have always been satisfied in the past, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, and I would appreciate a refund or some form of compensation for this disappointing experience.

Absolutely horrific experience with Domino's! I ordered the Big Big 6-in-1 Pizza, but what arrived was a disaster. The pizza was freezing cold, with a soggy, undercooked crust and sparse, flavorless toppings. The 'extra cheese' was almost nonexistent.

To add insult to injury, the price point makes this even more unacceptable. And if that wasn't enough, the supposedly decadent lava cake was shockingly UNCOOKED, with cheap, tasteless chocolate.

It's clear that Domino's is compromising on quality, with no regard for customer health or satisfaction. This was my last straw ..I'm done with Domino's for good. They're officially...

The most part of the experience having lunch there was good. The warm welcome that I was given while I ordered and greeting while we embarked outside were truely delightful. They even guided me how to olace offer and apply voupen while ordering. Also, They made extra effort in bringing the convinience right to the table, where we were sitting. I liked the offers such as sauce and garnishes that they provide with pizzas. The only inconvenience that caused me was the unclean environment with dusty surroundings. I will visit Domino’s again some day. I wish we get the same veg choices available, at the local branches in...
