Domino's Pizza | Bharthana, Surat — Restaurant in Gujarat

Hello I went to your Domino's outlet located at eSpace, VIP Road, Vesu, Surat, Gujarat. This visit was on 14th February 2021. I have had a bad experience at the same outlet during Covid lockdown to which I had put a complaint and the manager Mr. Jignesh made sure that the replacement pizza is properly made. The issue was there was no pizza sauce on the pizza and no cheese inside the base to be qualified as a cheese burst pizza. The replacement pizza had appropriate amount of both. As putting a tiny amount of sauce causes the pizza to be very dry and causes the taste of dough to be overpowered.

Now coming to my yesterday's experience

Before going to the store I called up the same manager who had made sure that the pizza is made properly (Jignesh). He said I have got transferred to another outlet but I will make sure that outlet takes care of the quality. I am attaching the phone recording for your perusal.

Now after reaching the restaurant they asked me to place an order online. I sat there and placed the order on my phone. Order no. 65.

First thing when I went to the assistant manager (pooja) and asked her to make sure the pizza sauce and cheese are put properly to which she replied "jitna aayaega utna hi aayega" "humlog special request nahi lete hai"

To this I replied I am not asking you any favour. It's just a request to make sure the pizza is not disappointing. Then I thought let me make her speak to Jignesh. I called him and made pooja talk to him. I am attaching that call recording as well.

After 10 mins we receive a message on our mobile that our order is ready. When I went to the counter she said it will take time. I asked her why did you mark the order as ready to which she replied it's automated we can't do anything. I got my order after 25 mins. This exact same thing happened to every order that was placed before and after me.

Coming to the conclusion.

The pizza had no or minimal pizza sauce make it super dry and inedible. There was no or minimal cheese inside the base to be a cheese burst pizza. I have clicked pictures of the same for your perusal.

I am taking out time and putting in so much effort to draft this email so that I can point it out to you why is the sale dropping for dominos pizza. You guys were the king of pizza in india but because of the staff not maintaining quality people stop visiting your outlets. I did the same. I was a regular customer to your outlets in mumbai but after moving to surat I have started hating dominos. The table next to me had the same issue. When I asked them why don't you put a complaint to which they replied "kaun mehnat karega aur koi kuch action...
