The staff here is very much arrogant. I would request the manager to change the staff or give them at least hundred hour training of how to talk to a customer… Because people here come don’t only for the pizza, but also for the service for the ambience. They are paying the full price so they would require the staff to at least do the bare minimum by behaving properly. Especially the girl with specs, little darker complexion at the billing counter is being arrogant at her outmost capacity. So kindly give her a treatment by handing over her a Resignation letter or providing her better mental counselling I also know some MD psychiatric doctors in Valsad, so I could refer her

This has been a life saver when visited Valsad. However the shocker of this place was it's only Veg. So anyone travelling from another part of the country, be prepared to have veg options. They had a huge amount of veg options and for the first time we had to have Veg in Domino's, that's a bit of a shocker as coming from Mumbai. This place was clean. The tables were not cleaned often, due to the fact there are less people coming here. Had Ordered Paneer Makhani Pizza 3/5, Veg Taco Mexicana the taste was bakwas 0/5, Premium Pizza Burger 4/5 & Pepsi. The complete cost came upto 380 Rs including Taxes. The good thing was they had Online payment services.

Domino's Pizza🥙 is best in class. Pizza quality is always good. They also have new varieties in their pizza. I found in all places that staff are good and polite. I live cheese burst pizza very much. I don't know why Domino's has stopped serving non veg pizza and other non veg stuff in Gujarat. That's why I gave 4 star. Perfect for birthday party 🎉 Dominoes🥙, The name is enough. The crust was properly baked, just the way it is preferred.. the place always has a medium kind of an ambiance. The new pizzas introduced by them is also great. All, in all a good place to have some great pizza.🙂🥰😍

Worest quality pizzas made in off season time they just sell a garbage in non metro cities dont go any non crowded citys store . There product is not sold there and they sell old [Stale Food वासी खुराक ] Whenever i post this in my locations they just call me and ask to give me a new pizza for that . but never change there system my overall 5000₹ money one in last 2-3 years in dominos . I dine in , take away , advance order all tried , only one time whenever i try drive - n -pick i got good pizza but rather than totally worest quality pizza provided . Once i dine in in here after navratri in that scenario the old stock of pizza base and chess sold properly in navratri 9 days and i got fresh pizza just that once . But after that there chain is repeated to provide वासी खुराक a Stall Food. GO TO MAC-DONALD IS BETTER WHICH AVAILABLE ON...

11/11/23 Domino’s Pizza, Sai leela mall, Valsad

This place is so miserable, front door on parking side(front side of Sai leela mall)is always closed for whatever reasons dear domino’s please remove it, it’s been years like that, secondly and most importantly hygiene here is worse furniture is broken and always dirty wash basin area is even bad without any basic maintenance -we even witnessed insects in our pizza box when we received pizza order! -waiters are rude and the cashier who take our order and call himself manager who is also only person who attends customers need some help (hire manager for better service)

All over our experience here at Domino’s pizza, Sai leela mall, Valsad was horrible and a big mistake.

If possible please change whole staff or close...

Today we ordered pizza( Sai Leela mall, Valsad ) at 6.10pm and asked them to deliver at home at 7pm.We paid and asked them to give the bill.We were told that bill would be delievered with pizza.Till 7.15 pm we did not received pizza.On calling toll free number they asked us our phone number and said it is not registered.After much follow up they said it will take 10 minutes to make.We had to go to the branch to pick up.They were not ready to give back the delivery charges though we went back ourselves to pick up and instead of 7pm we got it at 7.45 pm.Also they did not do anything for all the inconvenience caused by them.Our guests were waiting and we all had a very...
