Domino's Pizza | Inorbit Mall, Vadodara — Restaurant in Gujarat

I want to complain aboutDominoz Pizza Inorbit. They didn’t have change, but earlier, they told me to take change at the time of ordering. When I placed my order, they still didn’t have change. So, I asked them to give me a ₹100 note, and I would pay the full amount via Paytm. However, they refused.

A nearby person told the staff that are giving me ₹20 in change, so I gave it to him, and he paid ₹20 via Paytm. Since I was in a rush, I Paytm-transferred ₹20 to that person. Later, when I asked for my ₹20 back, the staff refused to return it.

In short, I lost ₹20. This is not about the money, but the Domino’s staff is cheating customers by not giving the correct change. It is their duty to return the proper cash, whether the customer is in a hurry or not

Had very much bad experince I was not expecting this from dominos.

TODAY WE WENT TO THIS INORBIT STORE AND ORDERED DOUBLE CHEESE BURST , WHEN I ASKED THE COUNTER BOY , THAT I WOULD NEED CHEESE BURST LAYER , HE TOLD ME THAT AS ITS ALREADY DOUBLE CHEESE BURST ,IT WONT BE THAT GOOD IF YOU GO FOR CHEESY LAYER , AS IT WOULD BE LOT OF CHEESEE IN PIZZA ITSELF, WHEN WE GOT THE PIZZA ,IT WAS SO DRY , NO CHEESE IN IT JUST SOFT BREAD , I GOT ANNOYED & THE MANAGER & THAT SAME GUY , WHY DID HE STOPPED ME BY COOSING CHEESY CRUST AS THE PIZZA IS DO DRY, THEY HAVE NTHG TO SAY , BUT SORRY , NO CHILLY FLAKES AVAILABLE, NO PROFESSIONAL SERVICE , DOMINOS SHOULD BE AWARE OF WHAT SERVICE AND SUGGESTIONS...

WORST PIZZA EVER of Domino’s . Waste of money and time . I had never pizza from Dominos which has no sauce and very less cheese and they charge good . First time in India had Dominos pizza . I think company should know how here works it’s ruining It’s reputation. SUCKS PIZZA & they are asking for extra sauce LOL and she said we don’t made thin crust 🙄 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY here .
