I purchased Leonr Olive oil with 2ltr quantity with amount 1199.00 RS from reliance fresh store #3060 on date 05/09/2018. I realized that I don't need in that quantity and need smaller one. I went back to same store with same bottle of oil without opening it as I wanted to return it. It is in same condition as I bought it. First, I asked for cash return. They showed me terms and conditions saying in any condition we can not give cash refund. They gave me voucher that I can use for other purchases. They told me to use it one time. I don't have requirement to purchase for same amount right now. I asked for voucher that I can use multiple times. They said they can not do it. I asked for that in terms and conditions and it is not mentioned anywhere as such. They asked me to talk to store manager. He also responded with that saying they don't have it return anywhere. They asked me to have deal with any other customer who purchased with more than amount that I have in voucher. This is very strange for me to know that franchise like relience does that kind of deals. He also told me that return is solely based on customer relation. This is not true as well. Because return in based on policy, if I go back with milk to return, they will not accept that based on my relation with them. He also told me that you should make sure that you need item before you purchase it. I don't find anything return as such in terms and conditions. I though you have return/exchange policy that gives customer some flexibility and customer service when they purchase item from you. I asked him what if some customer buy item worth of 12000 RS from your store? He said we don't have exchange policy for that big amount. I don't see that restriction in terms and conditions as well. They were not able to help me and I felt bad customer experience. Even cashiers and door keepers were laughing at me for asking some...

However, if you are planning to buy monthly rations it is better to go to D-mart or Bansal's. Products sold here are mostly at MRP unlike at Bansal's where they give you significant discounts. In addition, the checkout counter is poorly designed and thus causes delay in checkout & gives rise to...
