Domino's Pizza | Manjalpur, Vadodara — Restaurant in Gujarat

I'm extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Domino’s recently. After placing an order online, I received a call from one of their staff members informing me that the item I ordered was not available. This was already frustrating, as the item was clearly listed on the online menu with no indication that it was out of stock.

Instead of offering a proper solution, the staff member said they would replace it with a different item. What was even more surprising and frankly unacceptable was the way they spoke to me. It felt like they were doing me a favor by not charging extra for the replacement, as if I owed them something for their mistake. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s disrespectful.

Let me be clear: it is their fault that an unavailable item was listed on the menu. The customer should not be made to feel guilty or defensive over such an issue. On top of that, the tone and attitude of the employee were incredibly rude. This is not the kind of behavior you expect from a brand that claims to value its customers.

Domino’s needs to seriously reconsider how they train their staff, and more importantly, ensure their online menu accurately reflects what’s available. I hope they take this feedback seriously, because this kind of service reflects very poorly on...

Domino's is no longer what it used to be.....home delivery has been stopped beyond a radius of 2.5 kms...reason being....they aren't able to deliver within 20 minutes beyond that radius.....this results in you having to come all the way to get your pizza. They now have a window from which you can see how the pizza is being made.....only the females wear a small wire mesh on their heads to avoid hair from falling on the dough.....the men don't even do that.....plus none of them people cooking wear any mask or hand gloves.....they speak, sneeze and cough proudly with everything being added to the pizza which is being cooked. They concentrate on the home delivery orders over the take home ones.....the person who has placed a take home order and has come all the way to pick up the pizza is happily made to wait for at least 30 minutes plus. The security guard happily moved around from the door to inside the kitchen taking all the dust and other things along with him into the kitchen....still don't understand why the security guy of "checkmate" is happily trotting around the entire place. I definitely would not go there to see and experience all this over again.....the management if they read this should do something about it......TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR...

This review is not for Domino's and above the Domino's in manjalpur, as the place is very fresh like new born baby, visited this restaurant named Aamhi Marathi serving maharashtrian cuisine from Kolhapur, coastal cuisine of Malvan, and Saoji Cuisine from Vidarbh all three has different taste and spice profile with different ingredients, very tastefully done the interiors with modernization without loosing ethnicness, now on food very nicely curated menu mostly covering all Marathi Delicasies, we ordered a Prawns Koliwada to begin had suttle taste of chillies and masala a crispier coating made a delicious beginning, had ordered Kolhapuri Mutton and Rice Bhakri and Chappati, a fantastic chutney platter with Thecha ( roasted green chili and garlic relish ) Shengdana Lasun Lal Chutney ( dry chutney made with dessicated coconut,peanuts and red chilli ) and Mango pickle, all and all very delicious and near to authencity cuisine, first time a full fledged fine dining Marathi Restaurant , more visits require for enjoying...
