1st time visit to this place.

Although the food and ambience were good, but the staff, (not the ones serving food) but the white-shirted supervisor and the manager at the billing counter need to be retrained on customer service. We were given the bill during our meal not once, but twice. Absolutely impolite and disgusting behavior.

The first time we were handed the bill, we were done with the starters and were enjoying our conversation before heading for the main course. We weren't even asked if we were done with our dining, but just given the bill by the supervisor. They thought we were done and wanted to turn around the table for other customers. Understandable, but clearly not even asked if we were done.

The second time this happened, we were actually in the middle of our main course.

After our meal, upon conversation, we were told by the manager that they did have empty tables and there wasn't any waiting. The so-called manager was then asked if he was uncomfortable with our presence, to which he then apologised. So clearly, improper communication between the staff as well.

For us, this wasn't what we expected. Staff needs training not only on customer service, but some classes on basic manners and etiquettes wouldn't hurt either. Superficial apologies have become a norm to not further an argument. Clearly a good demonstration at this location.

A new restaurant in the heart of Manjalpur, Mad over Grills offers a really varied assortment ranging from starters to desserts. The lunch was ₹350/- per person, Only Veg and it is a really good deal as per the quantity and the quality if food offered which is great.

As soon as you come you're served a popcorn basket to munch on. There is a table grill serving pineapple, cauliflower, potato and cottage cheese grill sticks. A live chaat station, on the table starters like Honey Chilli Potatoes, Crispy corn and Hara Bhara Kebab. They serve mocktails and offer a large maincourse assortment.

The main course is good and has Indian and some continental options. Hakka noodles, Macaroni and some Indian Main courses to finish with rice and biriyanis. There are 2 soup options too and you get a variety of crisps to munch on too. With some salads to cleanse the palate.

Dessert was good. They had Gulab Jamun and Moon Dal Halwa for Indian sweets and some pastries, mousse and Ice Cream options as well. It was a good way to end the meal.

The staff is very warm, helpful, kind and friendly. The service is quick and efficient. The ambience is quite pretty and the space is spacious.

This is located on the first floor of the complex. As soon as you enter, you will notice a single high chair with BBQ images on background. Ambience is good. It is dark around with a jhoomer lights on the table making it a perfect seating. Initially wasn't pleased by the way they attended and provided the seating. We were 7 and they didn't care to provide a proper table. After speaking to the store manager , they managed to provide a table for 7. They have one welcome drink , unfortunately we got it after our starters. Not that pleasing though. They have grill options limited to 4. A paneer, mushroom, corn and baked potato. Starters were good which contains crispy corn, tikki , garlic bread and a pizza. Main course consists of 2 soups, 4 salads, Roti's , 2 types of vegetables, veg biryani, jeera rice and dal. Desserts are limited to chocolate mousse, couple of ice creams, gulab jamoon and a moong dal halwa. They regularly asked whether we need anything more but when we asked no one would turn up to serve that. I felt the service team there is bit unorganized and no coordination.
