I am rating them so low on the basis of the irresponsive behavior of the staff... Didn't even get to taste the food. During the crunch hours of the ongoing night curfew in the city due to pandemic situation, you reach the place at 8pm, sit for 15 min before someone takes an order then you see that people who came after you are finishing off the dinner and going and you are yet to get your order and when you ask the guy about the order 15-20 min after you have given it, he directs it to someone else and that guy comes and tells you that all the "Masala" that he had is spoiled so couldn't process the order. I mean its ok if things spoils, that is not in his hands but what way is this to inform the customer that his order can not be processed when he takes a follow up??? Had I not asked about the order he would have neglected us till the curfew time would have stared. In normal times this can still be tolerated for once but when there is a time crunch going on, this is very pathetic way to hide your incapability. Had he informed us at earliest, we could have placed a different order and had the food but this irresponsible way that "let them sit, jab poochenge bata denge, samne se nahi batana hai" is unacceptable... Wish to rate lower than this for the, will not visit it again nor will suggest...

Highlights: Variety of Options: They have a wide range of dosas, idlis, and vadas to choose from. Decent Food: The food was edible, but not exceptional.

Recommendations: Try their classics: Stick to the traditional dosas and idlis for a decent meal.
Overall: Dosa House is an okay option for South Indian food, but it didn't exceed my expectations. Maybe others have had better experiences, but for me, it was...
