Octant Pizza — Restaurant in Gujarat

First ever pizza place given 5* by me. Taste of pizza, salads, desserts are really awesome especially the Bombay Bhel pizza. The rates are bit higher than other places but "valid" as their services are awesome. There are lots of varieties in salads which I have never seen at any other pizza cafe including Italian and Indian foods and sweets as well. The cold-drinks and desserts are unlimited. The service speed is awesome. Though I went there alone, I was served fast and taken care off by the servants. I didn't called the servants even for one time I was getting what I wanted on my table. Staff including managers, supervisors and serving waiters are very well trained, kind and have good etiquettes. The interiors and ambience is really very good. Their policy of serving unlimited ice cream outside the cafe is the pick point to attract other customers which is pretty appreciable. PWDs like wheelchairs can also visit their. I have visited Octant yesterday and what i have seen and tasted is Poor Quality and service. For Unlimited course of menu they’re asking for advance payment which is being gave me awkward feelings and its seems to be “Koi khana Kha ke Bhaag jayega”. Taking ab advance payment that is not a concern but after collecting a advance you must have to provide Quality food. I remembered the day when Octant Nizampura opened and they were provided Food Quality was really good but in current situation what they have served it is like street food stall is better than Octant Quality. This is bad experience for me since i have started to visit Octant regularly. Now it is become like I will never have Pizza from Octant at all. They have provided Garlic Bread which is total burned, In Starter they have kept Manchurayn which taste was so ugly.

I would recommend to People stop using Nizampura branch. Better you should have pizza on street stall they’ll give you a good quality food in comparison to Bigger...

Fooling peoples and no quality even after taking money , chain started by intelligent minds to fool peoples and take benefit of cultures , Why this chain is so famous in Gujarat?? I know the reason - these guys sitting on management of these chain taking benefit of culture and mindsets

Are we going to eat GOBAR garnished with Coriander??? This is something we have to decide seriously.

Think - one side we criticize chains like KFC and Macdi - where they have strong supply chain and quality management .( I am definitely not praising them -)

But other side we are eating this garbage - which we don't re know is a how they making - NOTE : Just think how they are able to serve these many peoples ( they for sure serving which common peoples don’t deserve) Honestly speaking I am myself & many like me responsible for such fame of these gutter restros
