Faasos Prahladnagar — Restaurant in Gujarat

One of the worst places to have food. I would definitely not recommend anyone to even order from here. Ordered Paneer sharwama, I don't know what they sent me,it was not even close to sharwama. Completely tasteless. When you call on their outlet they don't even receive the call. And takes 40-45 mins just to prepare your order which is supposed to get "delivered" in 20 mins. I would suggest the owner to look into the service and quality of the food. When you call the delivery guy and ask to hand over the call to the cashier, they say to call on their outlet, and when you call no one answers your call. What kind of attitude is this when you don't even answer the call?. Absolutely the worst...

Terrible experience. Tried giving them a second chance but this time they absolutely crushed all the hopes. No accountability from the restaurant - they barley speak on calls. Last time they delivered a food that frozen. This time, just when Zomatos delivery update showed the delivery guy was reaching the doorsteps, they call and auto cancelled my order. Faasos Rolls are generally tasty. However Faasos, Vejalpur/ Prahaladnagar, Ahmedabad outlet is awful. Avoid ordering from there.
