Read moreWe went for lunch with 12 members. The per person price was ₹259, so the total came to ₹3108. With GST the computer-generated bill was ₹3263. On top of that, we had 5 ice creams for ₹40 each (₹200 extra). So the correct grand total should have been ₹3463.
But instead of giving a proper updated bill, the staff gave us the computer bill of ₹3263 and simply hand-wrote 3463 on it. This is absolutely unprofessional and creates huge doubts about transparency in billing. Customers deserve a proper printed invoice, not a handwritten number added on the slip.
When we asked, the staff had no clear answer. Such behavior is unacceptable from a food chain like Real Paprika. It looks like they are trying to manipulate bills and avoid recording extra charges properly.

Quality of food: don't expect great quality as you get what you pay.... Its fast food with compromise quality of food. Few Salad bar items are fool of sodium.
Health and hygiene: tables are cleaned but not sanitized. Plastic plates are should not be used as each plate after using needed to be sanitized with hot steam...! Salad counter is always over crowded and no sense of hygiene protocol followed to restrict contamination. New playes should be given to customer each time to restrict food contamination as one salad bar serves to over 50 people...
