Read moreThe new concept made me try out this place. I had high expectations from it but it didn't reach the mark. First of all, no one from the staff was alloted to "receive" customers. I think common courtesy goes a long way in retaining restaurant customers. Secondly, some of the things on the menu are highly overpriced. For example, it has GREAT variety of hot chocolates but in reality, they just give you a cup of hot milk and then you yourself have to put chocolate chips inside it and keep stirring until they melt..which makes it go all cold. The flavours of the hot chocolate aren't authentic, it's a syrup- like the bounty one has coconut syrup put in it. The server is not attentive towards you, you really have to call for their attention. The desserts are a joke too; paying Rupees 300-350 gets you a slice of chocolate fudge and one scoop of ice cream. I think this is an overly hyped place; on the contrary, it is pretty basic and I have had much better dining experiences at lesser expense. Pros: They have created a nice, cosy dining ambience. Portions of the bowls are good and flavours...

They don't have glasses to drink water from. You have to purchase plastic bottles for everyone. Everything comes in disposable boxes which might be good for takeaway but not good for dining in and planet obviously. My mum found a KIDNEY BEAN SIZED STONE in one of the bowls and the manager didn't apologize even once! On top of it, he asked me directly if I wanted it replaced or exchanged from the other side of the partition as if he was my cousin or...
