Konnichiwa Amdavad!
Welcome to Sushito - A newly opened Dine in which was originally a cloud kitchen since the last 3-4 years. I use to personally order in alot previously and now cannot wait to keep visiting this place to checkout the entire Menu. They were previously popular for their Non Veg Sushi and Baos they have now introduced a wider menu with plenty of drinks, appetizers, mains & desserts. The best part is they offer Zashiki seating which is a traditional Japanese restaurant seating arrangement featuring a low table set on the floor where you cross your legs and sit down for a meal, they have added cute Bamboo baskets for your Bags an added advantage.
Come with me to experience Pan Asian Delicacies now in our city at affordable rates. From Korean Kimbap to Thai Som Tam Salad Bowl, Japanese Mochi Icecream & alot more.
What I tried & loved - Matcha Latte : If you are a matcha fan this is a delightful version without coffee just how I love mine (this is an acquired taste so dont judge it on your very first try let it grow on you) Thai Papapya Salad aka Som Tam Salad - This is a refreshing papaya salad with peanuts that I have tried a lot of variants of but this one is hands down the best you have to check it out. Kimbap or Gimbap - This is a Korean variant of the Japanese Sushi which is seasoned with vinegared rice but the Kimbap is seasoned with Sesame oil and the other difference is it doesnt contain raw fish they either use cooked meat and rice rolled in Seaweed (Gim). It tastes very different from a Sushi so pick accordingly. Milo Dinosaur - Some of us have grown up consuming Milo in milk and this reminds you of that childhood so do order. Mushroom Bao - My favourite item on their Menu super soft bao’s with juicy and tender mushroom this is a winner through & through. Do try the meat variants if you enjoy N Veg.
The place is a real gem you...

A colleague of mine and I are Pork loving fellas and made it a point to go all out Oink Oink meal at Sushito.
We started with Korean Style Sizzling Pork Belly that came with a few sides such as Corn, Blanched Spinach, Lettuce and Dipping Sauce. Coming to the core of the dish - Sizzling Pork Belly was flavourful to say the least. My only qualm with this dish was that the pork belly was cut too small in pieces. The chunky bite was missing.
Next up was BBQ Pork Bao. Again, this too was seasoned well but was overcooked. Probably it was basted a tad too much that it became chewy. Couldn’t bite the pork and the piece became mouthful leaving behind the bun alone. Taste was definitely good but the execution lacked the finesse.
Ebi Tempura Roll was our choice of Sushi. Thank God, there are no Pork rolls available otherwise we would’ve gone for that too 🤭 Crispy Prawn Tempura inside a roll of rice sounded tempting to me. It tasted as good as it sounded. It was not overtly done with Japanese Mayo and it gave the tempura enough space to shine. This one was good.
For the mains we ordered Pork Massaman Curry with Jasmine Sticky Rice. My most favourite Thai curry has always been Lamb Massaman curry but at Sushito since there’s no Lamb options available, we went ahead with Pork Massaman curry. The flavour was little too much for me. The lemongrass used in it was too strong for my tastebuds and I would’ve enjoyed it if it was a little more milder.
The place in the evening wasn’t as vibrant as I had expected. While Arsa’s vibe was more happening and inclusive, Sushito was a bit meh.
For a meal for two, we...

The staff is very polite, paying attention to small details like cutlery, chopsticks, tissue paper, and footwear placement. A special mention to Ali Bhai, whose friendly and chill personality enhances the experience.
The sushi live counter adds an extra layer of fun, making it a more interactive dining experience.
The service is good, the serving quality is superb, and the quantity is better than average, making the meal satisfying.
