Spice Nation — Restaurant in Gujarat

I was at spice nation to cover a baby's first birthday. I got to experience how good the place is in terms of professionalism and food.

Talking about the place, Spice Nation happens to have THREE FLOORS as banquet halls. You have an option to rent any for your function. This also has a benefit for people to definitely get a hall at this place. Floors are spacious and enough to accommodate 100-150 guests. And yes, there's a separate floor where people can dine-in for lunch and dinner.

Now talking about food, it's delicious. I mainly had their main course and didn't get a chance to eat starters as I was busy with my work to cover the function. The quality of food at this place cannot be doubted, specially if it comes to their noodels-manchurian. I often order it from Zomato. That's the level of taste that they have. Drawback is, that they do not serve south indian.

Place, overall, lacks a parking space of its own. You may get to park in front of the building if your reach on time. If you don't, then a security guard will assist you with a place to park your car. There is no issue to park your two wheeler.

The building has a lift, clean washrooms and is easily accessible if you get someone on a wheelchair.

Generally, restaurants don't allow to order in prior while you're waiting for your turn. But, these guys were able to judge when they'll have vacant table and according to that, they were allowing to order while waiting.

There was a rush as it was Sunday. We waited for 15-20 minutes. Then, someone came and took our order and within next 15 minutes we had table and we didn't have to wait much for food. This was really a remarkable service.

There certain offers such as on the day I visited, They were offering buy 2 mocktails and get 1 free. One can check that as well.

Horrible experience !!!! I visited this restaurant with my family. We were a group of 7 people. We ordered Spice Nation special platter and Mexican platter with few side dishes. The restaurant staff not only served us altogether a different platter, but also were unapologetic of their mistake. Being considerate about the rush, I politely asked them to bring the correct platter which took them another half an hour. To my shock, they again brought the wrong platter. The manager instead of apologizing, argued with me that it was a correct platter. Since when the tandoori platter is considered to be a Mexican platter? Inspite of the huge mistake, none of them apologized and started ignoring us when we asked for even a simple cold drink and not to mention, they charged us for the full price. Extremely rude staff and disgusting attitude and worst customer service...
