Zero star would be more appropriate. If food hasn’t grossed you out, take a look at their “forever like this-worst than public toilet”. TRUST ME- it’s worse that the actual pictures. The HYGIENE standards are pretty high! Post covid, the hygiene stds everywhere went high BUT not here.. no Sir, we maintain our black spotted, water leaking, immunity booster never been cleaned toilet with taped toilet seat. Have been there multiple times, thinking I might get better drink or food but the food has been HORRIBLE. They use all fancy & appetising words to describe their food like sourced directly from a patisserie, fresh, etc but ordered food is far from it. Old half uncooked half burnt pizza base(tasted like an expired & bought from dmart), tasted horrible. Once saw the staff struggling to get the jammed packed ready-packed food items frozen and all stuck inside a freezer. Looked like all those items were been there forever; inside a pile of ice, pretty sure they use it after expiry. Once ordered an icecream, after multiple reminders took 1 hour to get it served and it was like chips of ice with v bad flavour. The service is bad but payment is v fast. Not sure if the service is bad is due to the fact that their kitchen or inventory or system in place is lacking as the people working are nice, young and look like they’re working. Most times i have visited it’s not at all crowded, in-fact sometimes I’m the only customer there still have to wait 30-45mins for a tea. But may be “it’s owners” fault as the staff isn’t not sure what to do when order comes…how to produce the item without the actual items. It’s decently high priced for the location but owner doesn’t seem to care about the quality, food standard, safety… the day I saw their toilet was my last day in the cafe. Pheww!!! I am writing this review sitting in the cafe waiting for my cold coffee. As soon I entered the cafe I straight away went to the counter and ordered 2 cold coffee. And I had to wait almost 20 minutes and when I didn't get my order I went to the counter to enquire about my order and the lady at the counter said 2 minutes more and that 2 minutes turns out to be more than 10 minutes. So, let me get it straight to get cold coffee I have to wait 30 minutes. Such a slow service and after waiting for 30 minutes I was expecting the coffee to be extraordinary but it tastes like a normal cold coffee. So, we ordered a Mango Milk Shake, Orange Juice and a Maharashtrian Breakfast snack called "Thaalipeeth". This is my 3rd trial of this and boy I've to say they make it really good. It's so tasty that I'm looking forward to having it again & again. The way the owner takes your order and greets you with a simple (in the evening) just simply wants you to come here again.

The milkshake and freshly squeezed orange juice were just exquisite. I mean it was a real surprise.

Yes, these are not available on the regular menu. It's that Board Menu which changes every day but these mentioned things are here to stay I'm sure.
