Here is my experience, I want to share for your future my dear friends who are seeing this review.

First of all I have visited there earlier in month it is very good. Today, I have visited there at 4:30pm, they said they will start or refill the counters at 5pm, we waited for half an hour for live kitchen, starters Then we had eat some branches till later that time. After this we leaving the restaurant and still half things are not ready, we have also said to boys that we need the food, at end when I complain to manager he said you have to pay the full bill.

I have said him that your 50% of kitchen food is not included in my plate. Still he continueslly saying that you have to full amount. I don't know what is happening there. We had already notified that we are coming in the restaurant to the office team, and we got reply that it is open you can come. I have WhatsApp chat also.

Please stay alert for time and service guys.

They are just like expressing that they can't do anything in prices, it is as per company policy. But if your company policy is to earn money sir, so they have to also take care of that customer at peak, then there will be good reference to your pizza coy.

Staff was typical there, somewhat indirectly rude and were not cooperative at all especially white shirt uniform staff. Infact, service guys in orange Tees were well mannered and fast working with good service. Those 3 stars are for them only. I had visited this place in Jan this year only and frankly speaking everything was awesome. So planned to celebrate my daughter's birthday at same venue. But was quiet shocked by way these stooges behaved. 1 funny incident i would like to share here. I asked one of those white shirt uniform guy to get me leftover of birthday cake packed, they told me that they don't have anything in which some 300-350 gm cake pieces get packed and they said that they've thrown away cake box in dustbin (what a pathetic reply). I mean, seriously, this big facility doesn't have such type of miscellaneous support also. Then someone found that same box from above fridge of softdrinks which was there itself in main counter area. Now, I won't be going this restaurant forever and won't recommended to readers reading my review also as maza nahi aayega in anything. Visit only of you don't have any option. Food counters empty. Crockery not cleande properly. Temperature also not pleasunt. Only thing which tested best was. Choclat ice cream as it was of HAVMOR. Vosted for lunch on Sunday Morning. @ 12.15 hrs. At that time hardly 3 tables were occupied. And the intal counter of munchies was empty. It did not have any food. Next chat counter. Again same Mix for panipuri open. All chutney counters open. Even the pani dispanser was open. Next salad counter. Bowls almost empty. Chocolate sause pasta.pathetic pastas went hard. Seems to be old stuf kept. Post pizza went to.ain course counter. Chinese item bowls were empty. Barbeque panner too hard.
