Food Factory Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

Sorry to say but worst food I have ever eat, starting from first soup 2 types- both soup are cold & tasteless even bread crums for tomato soup are also like chewing gum, beside that Pani puri pakodi all broken, pakodi chana Bataka masala was good, tastes good, but beside that they have all kept chavana, mamri, farali chevdo, jini Sev etc dry items but no green chutney, red chutney, dahi nothing, kiske sath khane ka pakodi chatt or papdi chatt or whatever chatt it may be .. next Bataka bhingra bhungra ready made good but Bataka low flavoured no chutney nothing on Bataka bhungra ,,ketchup also low grade looks like chutney sauce from local market readymade next South Indian sambhar taste nice but totally cold, idli, batatawada all cold, next dal pakwan dal cold, no chopped onion, chopped tomatos , lasan chutney etc how to prepare & eat without combination, next Punjabi subji both nice paneer & mix. Veg taste is good but sorry to say very cold even very hard to swallow, Pindi cholle taste extra ordinary but extra cold, dal fry jeera rice nice but cold, next Chinese noodles cold , Manchurian cold, Manchurian taste very bad, next pasta two-three types pasta very good order all are very bad and choclate flavour pasta yakk . What to say, garlic bread hot &v. good, pizza hot & v. good , gulab jamun marble small size no taste. Main important thing,, mango delight labelled but Desi mango pulp from road side thela. Never never eat that mango ras or mango delight what ever it may be,..sorry to say but...

I went there beacuse it's a new place and has only been around for few days now, and they advertise to serve punjabi, Italian, South indian,gujarati and Mexican food . Them serving south Indian food and Mexican food is a lie , and for gujarati food there was only one sabzi and normal chappai . The place had good decore, but it's very small to be comfortable and the place is very unorganized, they put half of chat counter away from other half and the staff although wasn't rude or anything took ages to bring anything, they used cold drinks like fanta and coke , that they made , which tasted off , ice cream they served was of Lowest quality you could find , very icy and artificial-ly. Most of the items, they serve were just average or not good tasting, if i am being generous here . They even messed up, chass, like they just pour water into lassi and made it chass, that's not how that's work . Fries were soggy, oily and not crispy whatsoever, Don't be fooled there aren't 100 items being served barely 20, even then they are serving dishes like patato with chilli flakes, patato with green chutney, different types of numkins with salad and not with salad as different things . The whole place seemed to be managed by a single family, if you are hearing this, trust me i am not a hater nor i wanna be the one to be pointing out this problems. Lastly i can go on about the bad things from this place but I don't wanna hurt my hand writing. It's definitely isn't worth it to...

I recently dined at the restaurant in Food Factory , and I regret to say that the experience was far from satisfying. I had high expectations, given the reputation of the hotel, but the meal was a major disappointment.

The menu was limited and lacked creativity, with few options that truly stood out. When my meal arrived, it was clear that the quality was not up to par. The dish was overcooked, and the flavors were bland and uninspired. It tasted as though it had been hastily prepared, with little attention to detail.

The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent, and there was a noticeable lack of attentiveness. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, it took an unusually long time for our food to arrive, and simple requests, like drink refills, were ignored.

The ambiance was also lacking, with a dull and uninspiring atmosphere that did not match the upscale image the hotel tries to portray. The experience as a whole felt like a missed opportunity.

I expected much more from a restaurant associated with Food Factory , but unfortunately, the meal and the service fell short. I won’t be returning, and I would hesitate to recommend this...
