Bad service Items ordered : Poha, Peanut Bread Slice, French Fries and Tea.

(1) No one bothered to clean our table until we called the attending manager to get it done. Tissue holders lay empty on the tables.

(2) Fries fries : The worst fried ones I've ever had. They were dripping in oil and so badly fried that we couldn't eat it.

(3) Peanut bread slice : The peanuts tasted bad. We have been a regular customer at the CG road Gajanand House and this food item definitely did not meet its standards.

(4) Tea : They expected us to go and collect the tea from the tea kiosk outside. On our insistence, the manager sent someone to collect it and serve on our table.

There was a lady at the billing counter who was extremely rude to customers.

Tea tasted good and Poha tasted decent too, hence the 2-stars.

Generally not put any review but experience is so worst that I am doing this review so that it can not happen with anyone else.

Food is not good in fresh & also not good in taste.

Every thing is overpriced & real scam will done at last at the time of making payment.

We have order poha price 35/ plate the person just ask whether you add to save in that? We say yes and at the time of making payment they have changed 60 saying it is masala poha.

Same way, we have order tea (rs20). Person in charge ask whether they need to add ginger in that? We say yes you can add. And at the time of payment they have changed 35 saying that you have order masala ginger tea. Same thing will happen in all the things.

Ifyou have some different rates for all this they are the time of asking you need to tell customer about that different rates as well.

I recently visited here, the only breakfast option nearby, and had a mixed experience. The convenient location and friendly staff were definite positives. The breakfast spread was decent, offering a good start to the day. However, the cleanliness and hygiene standards fell short, particularly in the wash area and toilet, which had a persistent unpleasant odor. Despite these issues, the staff's warmth and attentive service made up for some of the shortcomings. I hope the management takes necessary steps to upgrade the cleanliness and hygiene, as this would significantly enhance the overall dining experience.
