Around 2-3 months ago, I had the opportunity to visit this place and was quite impressed with both their food and services. However, today when I revisited the place with the intention of celebrating Rakshabandhan with my friends and family, I was met with a disappointing experience. The quality of the food was subpar, and the taste was not up to the mark. Despite ordering a variety of dishes, none of them seemed to meet the expected standard.

The sambhar had an excess of water and lacked the desired flavor. Even the dal in the Punjabi thali was not prepared to the usual standards. Additionally, the Manchurian dish was predominantly filled with cabbage and lacked the desired onion content. The poor taste of the food resulted in a significant amount of wastage.

Nit recommedned at all.....Zero Star or Minus Rating.....They are actually dropping Prestige of Honest Franchise......Staff not havibg manners how to talk with ladies and how to handle customers....We visited Yesterday ,Ordering Dosha....Dosha was too burnt so we ask to replace it ,instead of replacing it they served that cold dosha again on our plate ,when we ask manager and complaint they make fun of us and said we ate dosha which you sent ,They Failed in show us in Camera also which they clamied.....I was with senior citizens in which 84 yrs old dadiji is their ,staff misbehaving with us.....they not respecting customer and even not accept their mistake.......Total dissepointing With Poor Customer Service and Arrogant rude behavior of...

Terrible staff. Terrible food. If you want an “honest” restaurant taste and experience, don’t come here. This was a terrible experience. Hopefully the “honest” chain owners look at this review and take corrective action. The staff got me wrong order and wanted me to pay for it. They kept on making errors in the order. When I paid then, out of spite they tore the 500rs not from the edge and told me to give them another one. I had just got new 500rs notes from the bank. There is NO way the note had a tear. Just dishonest unethical egoistic and non-customer centric branch, staff and chef. Never...
