This is how they pack food if order online,as if giving to some poor people in polythene Gave wrong sabji potato instead of bhindi, didn't even bother to inform me, do not ever order online, also when u go for dine in they keep u waiting for half hour on the dining table to serve food, half of the restaurant was empty still we had to wait for food, they served others but not us, and the management lady then came and told the people to serve, till then nobody bothered. And everytime we just waited when they will come to serve us. Big no from me.

WE REACHED RESTAURANT AT 2:45 PM BUT YOUR FRONT DESK WAS ADMANT AND ARGUING WITH US FOR ANOTHER 4 MINUTES WHICH MAKES IT 2:49 PM. YOUR FRONT DESK ASKED US TO TAKE PACKED LUNCH AND GO DOWNSTAIRS TO EAT WHICH WAS RIDICULOUS. THERE WAS NO SEATING AREA TO EAT FOOD DOWNSTAIRS. WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU WERE TREATING US BY SAYING SO? YOU DON'T TAKE PRIDE YOU SHOW ATTITUDE IN YOUR BEHAVIOR. PEOPLE TRAVEL LONG DISTANCES TO EAT FOOD AND BECAUSE OF AN UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCE THEY ARE ASKED TO TAKE LEFTOVERS AND EAT DOWNSTAIRS LIKE BEGGAR. WHEN THE PRIVATE RESTAURANTS CAN ACCOMODATE WHY CAN'T YOU? YOUR STAFF WAS HANGING AT THE FRONT DESK BUT THE FRONT DESK DIDN'T WANTED TO ACCOMODATE, ALTHOUGH SOME STAFF MEMBER WANTED TO ACCOMODATE. SHOW SOME HUMANANITY ATLEAST. THIS IS NOT AN EVERYDAY ASK. KEEP SOME COURTESY AND DON'T RUIN THE NAME OF ISKON BY EMBARRASSING PEOPLE TO LEAVE THE VENUE EMPTY STOMACH WHEN THEY ARE ALREADY HAVING A BAD DAY. Few words for Govinda Restaurant... Yes we enjoyed Dinner on 18-05-2022. Shri K. M. Sheth Saheb was celebrating his 85th Birthday there. His wife Sarlaben was also present to wish him. It's a "A-class" Restaurant. The entrance was provided for chief guest sitting--so that invitees can wish him good luck, good health and happy Birthday. The menu had excellent items:2-sweets(Mango Rus+Balushahi=both very excellent), 2-Farshan(white Idla+mix veg cofta,, Muthiya =both too good),,4-veg Sabji (Lush potato masala j+veg Tindola +Mugg +Paneer masala=All marvelous Tasty), White Rice + Dal +Tasty Khichadi with ghee - you can eat with or without Kadhi,, And papad, green +red chatani + Salad, and wonderful butter milk. Everything ultimate and unlimited. That was Royal quality Food - pure.Gujarati.. I am sure, that was Rs. 300/dish.We were extremely pleased and everyone enjoyed food and function. Few words of appreciation for Hotel owner, management and service crew. All praiseworthy. Thanks. But heap of appreciation is meant for improving to the best in the business and not for spoiling name, quality and the cost. They provide Take-away services also. All the best. Again....
