I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gwalia Sweet Motera, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! 😊🍽️

From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The ambiance was charming and cozy, creating a perfect atmosphere for a memorable dining experience. 🏰🌷

Now, let's talk about the food! Oh my goodness, it was incredible! Every dish I tried was bursting with flavors and prepared with utmost care. The menu had a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Whether you're a fan of Indian cuisine or looking to try something new, Gwalia Sweet Motera has got you covered! 🍛🌶️🍽️

The presentation of the dishes was truly a feast for the eyes. Each plate was beautifully arranged, showcasing the chef's artistic touch and attention to detail. It was evident that they take great pride in their craft. 👨‍🍳🎨

The staff at Gwalia Sweet Motera deserve a special mention. They were incredibly attentive, making sure that every need was met and providing excellent recommendations. Their passion for customer satisfaction was evident in their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile. 👏👏🙌

To top it all off, the desserts were out of this world! The sweets were made with such precision and care, and each bite was like a taste of heaven. They were the perfect ending to a truly amazing dining experience....

I had a very bad experience at Gwalia Sweets, Motera. We placed an order for Farali Patty and waited patiently, only to realize after multiple follow-ups (at least 5-6 times) that the staff had never even communicated the order to the kitchen. No one took responsibility or apologized for the delay.

The dine-in experience was frustrating – the staff seemed completely focused on fulfilling Zomato orders, while dine-in customers were left chasing them for basic service. It felt like we were being ignored entirely.

One of the senior staff members casually claimed that the order was “already given,” but there was no apology or accountability. The lack of basic customer service was shocking.

To top it off, the food was subpar. The Aloo Paratha was worse than what you’d get at a roadside stall. Definitely not worth the hype created by marketing.

Won’t be visiting again, and wouldn’t recommend this outlet if you’re looking for decent service or...

I visited today around 7:30 PM to buy some sweets for Puja purpose.

I purchased Mix of 5 sweets Almond laddu, Mava kheer Kadam, Pista roll, Khopra Pak & Mysore Pak. Also bought Kanpuri Laddu, Besan Modak, Nutty Buddy & Sugar free kaju katli.

From above all separately purchased sweets are same but i was given all almond laddus instead of Mix sweets.

I have personally selected all of 5 sweets because i want all different not same and this wrongly given to me.

Additionally, At billing time, 2 sweets were pending for packing. When I requested politely to pack them a bit fast, the staff told me that I had taken too much time selecting sweets. This was incorrect, because those 2 items were chosen at the last minute and the other sweets were already packed before. Such behaviour was rude and left me disappointed.

Kindly take necessary action...
