Hamfoo's Pizza — Restaurant in Gujarat

I was wandaring all over Ahmedabad to eat something with Kautuk Engineer at 2:30 AM, looked over Zomato and get this resturant opened at that time. Was more than happy that atleast I got something from where I can eat. Reached the place - and the shutter was half down - called the Resturant and they said it is open. We entered the resturant and found a group of people eating and we ordered Nachos and a Medium pizza - afterwards we got to know that we can't dine in there and can just take parcel! That moment we felt like What! they must have told us before the order - such a worst receptionist who didn't even took interest in taking the order, he was just talking with his crew available there, didn't provided us the informations. Zomato Gold was also not available at that time. Apart from this, Let's talk about FOOD - we took them outside the resturant placed the nachos and pizza on the top of Activa and took the first bite of Nachos - and it felt like I am eating roasted papad which was made 7-8 hours ago 😣 the dip was also not that tasteful. Now, the pizza - I can't even say that it is Ok! The worst pizza I had ever ate! Trust me if you have ever ate pizza from an ordinary snack store that will be good then this. If they think adding Mozzarella Cheese makes the pizza taste good then please it is not. Giving 2 stars just because the ambience of the resturant is good but nor the food is upto the mark, neither the staff...

What made me walk in here was that it is never crowded and there never is waiting...

We were two of us and ordered cheese garlic bread, one medium sized hawa hawai pizza with cheesy blast, one regular sized greek pizza and two thums up....

And unfortunately off these the best was the cheese garlic bread... It was the only thing which was as it should have been... There was nothing like blast... Rather there was no cheese at all what they had filled in pizza was a flavoured mayo and by no way was it cheese (of any kind) both pizza had less than normal salt and so it took away the taste...

While placing the order had checked with them if they have chilled thums up... They confirmed and I paid for it but turned out it was at room temperature we had really hard time finishing our drink... When we brought it to their notice they ended up reasoning out that stock does not arrive in time these days and all that...

We said it was not our headache, you should have been honest... Eventually they did return the money of thums up...

Good things: ambience, never crowded, open till 3am, value for money

If they improve a bit on these lags can be the place for pizza...

Though had issues will surely visit again to give one...

Had been wanting to visit Hamfoo's for quite some time. Finally we did and glad to have found a good pizza place. Ample space and pretty quite for a fast food joint, Hamfoo's has some really droolworthy pizzas. The person at the counter is kind enough to explain to you each dish and also suggest portions. We ordered a Ceaser salad, cheesy garlic bread and their Pizza gourmet. I had ordered a topping of Parmesan cheese with the salad and it looked great. However it turned out to be way too salty and too creamy. The crunchy lettuce somehow lost its charm with the extras. Worth a special mention are their pizzas. The gourmet pizzas with the cheesy blast was a delicious one with exotic veggies and cheese oozing out from all over. Great flavours and perfectly cooked, the pizzas are excellent. Pricea are moderate. A sureshot favourite for pizza...
