I had an extremely disappointing and shocking experience at Hocco Eatery, located at GF 7, SPINEL COMPLEX, opposite Kargil Petrol Pump, Vishwas City 1, Sola, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380061. I ordered a dessert and to my absolute horror, I found a live caterpillar embedded in the waffle bowl (attached image as proof). This is completely unacceptable for any food establishment, let alone one that promotes itself as a quality eatery. This raises serious concerns about the hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices followed at this outlet. As a customer, this was not only unsanitary but also extremely distressing. I urge the management to take immediate action to investigate this incident and ensure that such negligence does not occur again. I hope the appropriate authorities and other customers take this review seriously before dining here.

ANGER NOTE: INSECT IN ICE CREAM I am absolutely disgusted and furious to find an insect in this ice cream! This is completely unacceptable and a severe lapse in quality control. This is not only unappetizing but also a serious health concern. I expect immediate action to address this egregious oversight. This product is ruined and should never have left your facility in this condition. Very unsatisfied with this hocco outlate. Careless peoples...... This is hocco's king kulfi.

Tried " Current Affair " icecream from here. Icecream tasted delicious, not TOO sweet and of ample proportion, the fresh pineapple pieces and waffle cone went perfect with the icecream. Taste - 5/5 The ambience and cleanliness of the place and top that amazing experience with the low sounding music was just perfect. They have my good recommendation to my friends and peers for the vibes ane Food.

I ordered pav bhaji on 26/4/2025.. I thought it would b authentic pav bhaji but the bhaji which we were served was ready to cook packet pav bhaji from havmor.....taste was also not good and the ready to cook packet also not authentic taste and no vegetables ......this is not fair as we want authentic not packet ready to eat foods from hocco ....the brand is good but pav bhaji was disappointing ......dnt order pavbhaji from hocco coz they give ready to eat...
