My husband and I wanted to throw a wedding celebratory dinner for our closest family here that couldn't make it to Canada for our wedding due to Covid. We met with Rajnish who offered us multiple options and worked with us to find something that we felt satisfied with. This truly meant the world to us.

We wanted a wedding-like dinner that was fancy, served to us and preplanned. Even though was this on such short notice, they carried out everything flawlessly. We rented a private room and requested them to set it up nicely which they did (our jaws were left open!!), The food was served to us and right from the welcome drink to the appetizers, main course and dessert, each item was tastier than the last.

The chef and manager came to meet us a few times to ensure everything was good, they also requested honest feedback for any improvements which we had none since everything was amazing. Please avoid this place. You will only waste your money and spoil your special moments. We deeply regret choosing this restaurant. We had a very bad experience at R Kitchen Restaurant.

We booked a full buffet through Swiggy at ₹1500 + 18% GST per person. With a 50% discount, it came to ₹885 per person. We had planned a birthday celebration for 12 people and were really looking forward to it.

But when we arrived, we were told the buffet wouldn’t be set up and that food would be served at the table instead. The staff behavior and service were extremely poor and disappointing.

The main course menu clearly mentioned one paneer dish and two vegetable dishes. But when we asked for them, we were told only one veg option was available. When I showed the menu to the staff, they casually said, “Oh sorry, tell us what you want to eat then.” This felt very insulting, especially in front of our friends.

Food service was terribly delayed. After the soup, we had to wait 30 minutes for the first starter, and another 30 minutes for the next. Some dishes never even arrived — at least 2-3 items were not served at all.
