I cannot express how incredibly disappointed I am with my recent visit to Pralhad Nagar Honest. The experience was nothing short of a disaster from start to finish.

First and foremost, the food quality was abysmal. The Pavbhaji tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, and the Rava Dosa and Pulav were both cold and flavorless. The Masala Dosa was a complete letdown, and the Masala Papad seemed stale. It's appalling to pay for such low-quality and tasteless food.

But the worst part was the appalling behavior of the staff. They were rude, indifferent, and downright disrespectful. When I politely mentioned that the buns served with the Pavbhaji were in terrible condition, they had the audacity to brush me off with an "it is what it is" attitude. It felt like they couldn't care less about their customers' satisfaction.

I have been a loyal customer of Honest and have enjoyed great meals at other branches, but this experience has shattered my confidence in the brand. I brought my clients here, hoping to impress them, but instead, I was left embarrassed and regretful.

I would not recommend this specific branch to anyone, not even my worst enemy. It's evident that the management has failed to maintain even the most basic standards of quality and customer service.

Honest should seriously reevaluate their operations and the staff's attitude at this branch. As it stands, I would give this branch a big fat zero in ratings if I could.

Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by avoiding this branch altogether. I will certainly never step foot in Pralhad Nagar Honest again after this...

Worst service. No decency. Very poor knowledge of taste. Very Very Spicy food. Don't know how to maintain the taste. Unfortunately, there is no scope that you can add negative stars.

While other Honest Outlets are very good. But this Priya Hospitality LLP is worst. They are wasting the reputation of Honest.

Cons: (1) You have to call waiters everytime to give your orders. They don't show courtesy to come and ask for the orders.

(2) You have to call the waiters to get the drinking water. They don't come by and check if you are out of water.

(3) Food is very very Spicy. They don't know how to keep the taste at a proper decent level.

(4) Waiters are rude. They don't even serve their customers the food they have ordered.

(5) Waiters here are highly expert to show you the rudeness. They don't serve the plates while you are sitting on the tables; they simply throw the plates and make noises of the dishes/spoons/Forks.

(6) Waiters/Managers by themselves think that you are done with eating and without even asking further questions/orders directly bring the water bowl to wash hands.

(7) If you are paying your bill here by cash then don't expect the change in return. Managers don't have to courtesy to ask for the adjustments when they don't have the change, they simply give the change by rounding...

If you are in Ahmedabad and you are not trying Honest style pavbhaji and pulav, they seriously you are missing all the fun! Yes it is different from MUMBAIYA PAVBHAJI but this place is having it's own kind of taste.

There are many outlets and no wonder, all taste same. For event guys, this is your heaven ;) because it serves* till 1 or 2 AM yes right 2 AM! You can also call for their packed lunch which is also delicious.
