I went there with a couple of my friends. The ambiance and the location is spot on. Even the interior and decor is pretty well done. The seating arrangement is also good. The music that was playing in the background was great although it was a tad bit loud for people who didn't enjoy that genre. The servers and waiters were courteous, however they seeemed lost whenever we asked them what they were serving. A little effort on making them understand the menu could be greatly helpful. We tried the following dishes from the menu: Roasted hazelnut latte: it tasted good, albeit they just use syrups rather than actual flavouring. Given the price, I didn't expect syrups in the coffee. French vanilla latte: it turned out to be too sweet for my taste. Oreo shake: there was a lot of crushed ice in the shake which, for me, ruined the taste of the shake. TDR Fries: they were great. Cheesy Fries: the cheese sauce completely ruined the texture and firmness of the Fries, and what we had was a soggy leftover of Fries. I wish they served the cheese sauce on the side or maybe add the sauce after serving the Fries on the table. BBQ Fries: these weren't as good as the TDR Fries, however were better than the cheesy Fries. Cheese chilly Garlic bread: I am not a huge fan of soggy-buttery-soft Garlic breads, and since it was that kind, I didn't quite enjoy it. TDR special pasta: turned out there was a bug on the parsley which was used to garnish the pasta, so we sent it back. In the pasta which they exchanged, the taste of the flour used to make the pasta sauce was quite prominent which ruined the pasta for me. French onion sandwich: I absolutely loved the sandwich, although I think it's a tab bit pricey. Falafel sandwich: loved this one as well. Spinach sandwich: as opposed to what I had expected, the sandwich didn't have just a hint of spinach, but was like an overdose of spinach and I absolutely loved it. Beetroot and Basil Pizza: the pizza was extremely chewy and the beetroot flavour was too overpowering. Even the cheese on the pizza was extremely chewy. Regardless to mention, I didn't quite like the pizza, which is rare because I love pizza. Heatwave pizza: this one was great, perfectly cooked and extremely spicy. However, I've had way better pizzas for the given price, and was a tad bit disappointed. The overall experience wasn't a quite positive one, the servers seemed pretty confused. There is a lot of room for improvement and I wish them all...

Read moreOne of the prominent cafes in Prahladnagar, TDR is a really famous for its coffee and sandwiches. The cafe is located just on the edge of the building and gets difficult to be located if you are driving from the karnavati main road. Parking is also an issue specially during the peak hours. The place has ample seating with tables on ground as well as first floor. The interiors are pretty bright and give a really fresh look to the place. On the coffee front we tried Feench Vanilla Coffee, hazelnut, Hot chocolate and also the Mint hot chocolate. All of it were pretty good. My personal favourite being the Mint Hot chocolate. Also tried the Oreo Milk shake - As thick as it can get and surely tasty. We tried a variety of fries like Cheesy fries, BBQ fries and TDR special fries. The sauces were pretty good, but it made the fries pretty soggy. Could not enjoy the authentic taste. We tried garlic bread, lasagne bites, spinach and corn sandwich, Peanut butter sandwich and the French onion sandwich. We enjoyed all the sandwiches and they are a must try here. Had the Beatroot and basil pizza. While the sauce was pretty unique and tasty, the base was not crispy. Something which can surely be improved upon to make it a speciality. The heat wave pizza was pretty spicy and tasty. A must have for spicy food Lovers. Finally tried the Chocolate truffle. Rarely does a chocolate lover not enjoy this dish. Though this one could have been a lot better, had it been more soft. Overall the place surely scores good on coffees...
