Hungry birds — Restaurant in Gujarat

Plz do not order food through swiggy from this restaurant, I'd ordered 7 butter rotis and 2 plain ones, they sent all of them plain naans and then the restaurant owner wont take responsibility, and the Swiggy people said only one thing that all they can do is replace the order which means they would take the wrong order and deliver again a new one.well how convenient is that for them. Once u wait for the food which gets delivered wrong and then again wait for an hour more. I even asked them to refund me the remaining amount as plain naam costs half of what a butter naan costs, they denied that as well. They wouldn't even fulfill a simple task of giving me in writing by mail that they are denying a refund for their own fault because that's apparently not...

worst place to eat food. Big stone came, in sizzler and their attitude is like they don't care for anything. No respect for customers at all. Staff and management team didn't even said sorry or didn't even offered us a new food. When they serve us plates they were all with mud on it i asked to change and they didn't even care to bring new plates. I asked them to provide me owners contact number they were not ready to give any kind of details. I assure you that this all info is true and fact. We left the food and also paid 670 RS for food which was having stone in it but they didn't even had curtsey to say that please don't pay or get a new one.
