Kesar Foods — Restaurant in Gujarat

I recently had a disappointing experience at Kesar Food. During my first visit, the food was okay, but my recent visit was quite the opposite. I ordered the fixed Punjabi thali, and the experience was very unsatisfactory.

Firstly, I found a hair in my food, which was extremely unhygienic. The sabji was bland with no salt, and the buttermilk had a foul smell. It seemed like the quality of food had deteriorated due to the excessive rush in the restaurant.

Moreover, the service was poor. There were not enough menu cards available, and the staff didn't even give me enough time to look through the menu and decide what to order. They quickly took the menu card away, which was quite frustrating. And Staff be like ma'am rotti , ma'am rotii like they are always in rush and make you feel like order fast in the case of rotti.

Punjabi food is my favorite, and I often go out to enjoy it. However, I will not be visiting this restaurant again. The food quality and service need significant improvement to match the standards...

This restaurant is not worth visiting with your family or friends. •Coming to the food: The food was okay. But tasting the same gravy in most of the dishes is a turn off. But the chaap is worth trying. •Service: The staff is kinda rude . They dont listen to your requests and they dont pay any heed towards the customer. I was there with my friends , i requested for water but the staff aint responded untill i walked to them. The staff also gave us the bill in the middle of our dinner so that we leave the table early. This was the worst thing which happened. • Atmosphere: The ambience is not good.The place is too small crowded and you will feel claustrophobic. There is literally no space between the customer tables.

Fantastically, delicious food on very-very moderate rates. Located on prime location and easily accessible area: Vastrapur Lake to Laad Society Corner, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. It has good sitting arrangements also. It's home parcel service (Through Swiggy; ZOMATO; etc.) is PAR EXCELLENCE. Speciality in Punjabi food; Particularly "The Butter Rotis and Different kind of Paranthas' taste. It cannot be matched by anyone in this area."
