To answer to the reply given by la patisserie since youâre being supremely over smart. Point 1. You first learn to differentiate between fresh and stale. Also, I had croissant that had little to do with compound chocolate and couverture. So read and learn. The croissant was stale and soggy. The issue wasnât with chocolate. So know your orders before opening mouth here. 2. If youâd clearly checked your cctv with open eyes, youâd know that I left pieces of croissant and left because I could no more eat it. If Iâd liked, it would eat the whole thing. So donât cover up your stale products here. 3. The price didnât hurt me, what hurt me was I gave that price for product that we get in preservative packets of croissant pricing 20 rs! So now to educate you, stop making fool of your customers by giving these fake and over smart replies and atleast start by providing fresh food and have enough items on your menu available. If you canât provide most of basic bakery things then shut your stupid shop. Also donât give me your, it was weekend so weâre all sold old. If you were good enough, youâd have more on things available. And yes prices always hurt when the product is delivered upto the mark if those prices. Iâm sure youâve experienced this in real life too. Also, your responses show arrogance and oversmartness. If definitely a deal breaker. Learn to run your business honestly without making food of customers then and then have audacity to respond here! Donât forget, I left the pieces of croissant because they were doughy and awful! Wash your eyes and check your cctv again. If not, then share your cctv footage here!
Given the hype, the food was awful. Had chocolate croissant and it tasted disgusting, stale and just not good. The owner is a chef, this bad quality food coming from someone who claims herself as a chef was a shocker. In a scale of 1-10, the quality was 1 as compared to the exorbitant prices which were so high. Refrain from visiting if you donât want to waste...
Read moreWe ordered one lemon cheese cake and one chocolate one. Both were horrible. We paid 560 rs for 2 cheesecakes and they were stale/ not freshly prepared. They must be sitting on the shelf for 2-3 days or more. The cream cheese was hard and the crust was so hard to break with a spoon. We were 3 people and couldn't finish 2 cheesecakes and got it packed bcz we jst couldn't eat it! If you charge so much you should atleast meet up the quality standards and serve fresh food let alone follow the recipe. It wasn't worthy of feeding to the dogs also. Felt CHEATED as a customer to be fed stale, poor quality food for such a price! Follow some business...
Read moreThe main reason why I love to visit the La patisserie is because of Macaroons and Tiramisu pastry and with any of it a cup of hot coffee is best. The best place to hang out with friends or even can visit this place for an office meeting, cause the ambience and the interior of the place is very calm, light and cozy. The way they platter the dessert is very nice and different, the taste is like you can feel every single element melting in your mouth very clearly. If someone has a sweet tooth but asks for a new variety of dessert to eat they must visit La...
