Redicolus service worst of food test and service is also redicolus. I have ordered "Food and 3 Mocktail". There was 2 same Mocktail and every glass was different.in 1Mocktail hair was came and I have told to change the Mocktail.They have Change the Mocktail and a Charged Double Rate.I have taken objection on that so thay have told me that you have to pay it and without payment you can't go and we don't let you go and they are talking very roughly with us.I have visited many more Cafes and Restaurants it is much more better then this and there services and food was awesome and thery are very jentle and kindness with the guest.But in Times Cafe that kind of atmosphere I have not get'ed and my whole Mood was upset about this kind of service I have got'ed.I have seen most Positive Reviews and then I have choose this cafe to visit but I was wrong and I have got'ed very redisolus...

Horrible Experience. The soft drink thums up which cost around Rs. 100 for approx. 250 ml at this cafe was served in a plastic glass which didn't even had any soda into it and felt like sweet water, maybe because they used an old 2.5 litre bottle to serve. Also a cover lid on the plastic glass was missing and small insect was actually swimming inside the soft drink which made me thought that its worse than the soda served on the roadside and when asked to the staff, they lied on the face that the bottle was opened in front of you where as the drinks were served directly at our table in a glass. The moment we received the food on our table it was cold and the excuse given was that all their utensils were in wash so it got delayed to serve. Times Cafe has been my recent hangout Cafe in my city. Thus city has very less to offer except Cafes & Restaurants. In this situation, Times Cafe has successfully been able to grab my attraction & affection! Be it the ambience or the music they play, the coffees & food or the service they provide, they have been maintaining a pretty good standard all this while. Hope they continue just like this as time passes by. The place has both indoor & outdoor seating which makes it very convenient for people who love to smoke while having their coffee. The view from outside is also quite pleasent where there are not much Cafes in town who offer great views. Stop by some time & experience all of this...
